NMSIC approved $375m in private real estate commitments

The commitments include $100m each to IPI Data Center Partners III, Alterra IOS Venture III and KKR Real Estate Partners Americas IV.

New Mexico State Investment Council has approved multiple private real estate commitments during its September 26 State Investment Council meeting, with a $100 million each going to IPI Data Center Partners III, Alterra IOS Venture III, and KKR Real Estate Partners Americas IV. It also committed $50 million to an unnamed co-investment vehicle managed by IPI Partners and $25 million to another co-investment vehicle managed by Alterra Property Group. In the past, NMSIC committed $75 million to KKR Real Estate Americas fund III and II, and $100 million to IPI Data Center Partners II.
