William Harris Investors has raised $185.5 million to date for its WHI Real Estate Partners IV, per a SEC filing. The Chicago-headquartered firm has set a $250 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $156.3 million in 2015.
The fund will target opportunistic returns in a diverse number of properties in the United States.Â
