Whitman Peterson has raised $325 million for its Whitman/Peterson Partners III, per a SEC filing. The Westlake Village-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with an undisclosed target.
Its previous fund raised $235 million in 2015.
The fund will target opportunistic returns in a diverse number of properties in North America.Â
