Ventura County Employees Retirement Association announced a commitment of $25 million to Bridge Debt Strategies Fund III.

The $5.57 billion US public pension has a 8.00 percent target allocation to private real estate that currently stands at 7.70 percent. As illustrated in the charts below, the pension has made three commitments to real estate funds in 2019, totaling $155 million.
