TRSL approves $450m in commitments

The US public pension has backed two North American real estate funds.

Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana has agreed to commit $400 million to Morgan Stanley Prime Property Fund and $50 million to Waterton Residential Property Venture XIV, a contact at the pension informed PERE.

The $20.02 billion US public pension has a 10.0 percent actual and target allocation to real estate.
