Texas TRS commits $200 million

The Texas-based pension fund has made two value-add commitments to The Davis Companies.

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas has committed $200 million to The Davis Companies.

The US public pension fund allocated $100 million to Davis Investment Ventures Fund V, a value-add fund focused on industrial, multi-family and retail investments in North America. The fund recently reached a second close in October on $678 million.

Alongside this, $100 million was also allocated to Davis Investment Ventures Fund V Co-Invest.
