Employees Retirement System of Texas (Texas ERS) has invested $50 million in DRA's Growth and Income Fund IX, $40 million in Wheelock's Street Real Estate Fund V and $25 million in Pennybacker Capital’s Pennybacker IV.
Currently, the it allocates 9 percent of its portfolio to real estate investments.
