Stockbridge Capital Group has raised $252.5 million for its Stockbridge Value Fund III, per a SEC filing. The San Francisco-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2017 with a $500 million target.
Its previous fund raised $320.5 million in 2015.
Investors that committed to Stockbridge Value Fund III include the Texas Municipal Retirement System.
The fund will target value added opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.Â
