SFERS commits $100m to Asia

The US pension fund makes $100 million to an Asian real estate fund.

San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System (SFERS) has approved up to $100 million to Blackstone Real Estate Partners Asia II.

The commitment is SFERS’ fifth investments with Blackstone real estate.
