Santa Barbara backs three real estate funds

Santa Barbara County Employees' Retirement has confirmed a trio of private real estate commitments.

The Santa Barbara County Employees’ Retirement System has committed $30 million to three private real estate funds.

A $10 million commitment was made to US Industrial Club VI managed by Hillwood Investment Properties. The fund invests in core-plus industrial real estate in North America.

On top of this, two $10 million commitments were made to separate value-add real estate funds: HIG Europe Realty Partners III, a value-add real estate fund with a diversified focus in Europe, and High Street Logistics Properties‘ North American focused value-add fund High Street Value Fund I.
