RockBridge Capital has raised $351.5 million to date for its Rockbridge Hospitality Fund VII, per a SEC filing. The Columbus-headquartered firm has set a $500 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $438 million in 2014.
The fund will target value added opportunities in the hospitality sector in the United States.Â
