PERE unveils 15 ‘thrivers and survivors’

The monthly magazine consulted with industry insiders to identify a group of firms that have the skills to wring profit from the most perilous real estate market in decades.

PERE magazine, the global publication for private real estate investment and finance, today unveiled its list of 15 investment firms that are poised to thrive amid the ongoing market turmoil.

In putting together this subjective list, PERE editors consulted many market participants to learn which general partners can say with greatest confidence that they have the skills necessary seize on today’s troubled opportunities.
