University of Michigan approves $50m commitment to Woodside Special Opportunity Fund

The US endowment has backed a North America-focused fund.

University of Michigan has approved a recommendation to commit $50 million to Woodside Special Opportunity Fund from the long term portfolio.

The $12 billion US public pension allocates 9.3 percent of its portfolio to real estate investments.
