NJSIC to decelerate PE and RE investments

The US investment council aims to slow down the paces for two asset classes.

The New Jersey State Investment Council (NJSIC) approves to reduce exposure growth for real estate and private equity investments for the next eight years.

The adjustment is attributed to the record levels of fundraising and dry powder, offsetting the long-term favourable profile of both asset classes.
