New Jersey Division of Investment confirms $150m commitment

New Jersey Division of Investment agreed to commit up to $150 million to IPI Data Center Partners Fund II at the institution’s November 2020 state investment council meeting, a contact at the pension informed PERE.

The $78.35 billion US public pension has an 8 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 6.1 percent.
