• 15 minutes: “ The challenge is mostly the how- everybody agrees the objective is to follow the Paris agreement. The issue is even though a lot of progress has been made, whenever you want to start implementing strategy you end up with a lot of detail and issues around tools, tech capabilities and at the end you have to make sure your objective is realistic. • 31: “ When it comes to either the cost of procrastination or not doing it, and what the impact of liquidity or the brand discount is going to be, or the price chip or the upside of doing it, and then getting the rental pre and securing a better tenant.- have a look for lower vacancy rates- are these points getting a better cost of capital or getting access to the capital at the other end? That’s still the art“.
• 49: “I think what we also found really encouraging is just how we saw capital flow changing in terms of, you know, loads of inflows, which Article 8 and Article 9 funds, and outflow from Article 6 funds, just signal to the market of what kind of emphasis there is from investors”.
