The India-based investment firm has held a final close on its forth Indian real estate fund.

Motilal Oswal Private Equity has held a final close on India Realty Excellence Fund IV on 11.5 billion rupees ($150.2 million; €138.2 million). The fund will target middle-income, affordable residential and commercial real estate projects across India.
