Mapletree Investments has held the final close on Mapletree US Logistics Private Trust (MUSLOG) at $1.4 billion, according to a press release. Capital raised by the vehicle has been fully invested in 155 logistics properties located across 19 states in the US. The fund received commitments from pension funds, insurance companies, investment companies, asset managers and family offices.
