Madison Realty Capital has raised $187 million to date for its Madison Realty Capital Debt Fund IV, according to a SEC filing. The New York-headquartered firm has set a $1 billion target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $695 million in 2016.
The fund will target senior debt opportunities in a diverse number of properties in the United States.
