The Milestone Group, has raised $119.15 million for its Milestone Real Estate Investors IV, according to a SEC filing. The New York-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $250 million target.
Its previous fund raised $100 million in 2012.
The fund will target value added opportunities in the multi family/residential sectors in the United States.Â
