M7 Real Estate held a final close on its third European flagship fund at €125 million. The vehicle, which was launched in January 2016, will have a gross acquisition capacity of circa €300 million, focusing on the retail and industrial spaces in Germany and the Netherlands.
The fund, predecessor, M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners II, held a final close in 2015 at €40 million.
The investor base is comprised of US and Asian firms.
