M7 Real Estate held a €174 million first close on its fourth flagship fund – M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV. With a total investment capacity of over €400 million, capital will be invested into value-add multi-let commercial opportunities across Germany, France, Scandinavia and the Netherlands.
M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners III, the fund's predecessor, held a final close in June 2016 at €125 million.
Investors in the fund originate from a number of jurisdictions including Hong Kong and the Middle East.
