Internos Global Investors has raised €133 million in a first close for its Hotel Real Estate Fund II.
With an additional loan-to-value of 50 percent, the Switzerland headquarter firm will have €260 million to deploy from the initial closing.
The fund will target value added opportunities in hospitality sector in Western Europe.
