Heitman raises $338m

The Chicago-based real estate investment firm has closed its Pan-Asia Real Estate Fund.

Heitman has held a final close on Heitman Asia-Pacific Property Investors at $338 million.

The fund will invest in diversified sectors including retail, logistics, residential, office and student housing.

Capital raised from the fund has been invested in Tokyo, Melbourne and Hong Kong. Other target markets are Singapore and Seoul.

The firm manages $41.6 billion in assets as of 30 June 2018.
