Hamilton Bradshaw and ING REIM launch UK RE fund

London-based investment firm, Hamilton Bradshaw, and ING Real Estate Investment Management launched a UK fund today.

The launch at ING's London office, saw representatives of Hamilton Bradshaw Diversified Property Fund say it will target “prime real estate” across the country.

“Hamilton Bradshaw and ING Real Estate Investment Management believe that the commercial property market is the most attractive it has been in the last two years,” the firms said.

James Caan, founder and chief executive of Hamilton Bradshaw, said he would be investing ten percent of his personal wealth into the fund.
