GLP raises $847m for fourth China Income Fund

The Singapore-based global investment manager has already raised three funds in the same series this year.

GLP has announced the final close on its GLP China Income Fund IV on 5.4 billion yuan ($847 million; €748 million). Following on from its predecessor funds, capital raised for the fund will be invested with a core-plus strategy, focused on stabilised and income-generating industrial and logistics park assets that cater to growing high-tech and innovation-based manufacturing industries in China.
