The Global Investor 100

PERE has, in recent years, published its annual ranking of the asset classes 50 biggest capitalizers. This year, though, the ranking has got even bigger to bring our readers insight on the sector’s leading 100 investors. At the very top of the institutional tree, however, there is little change from previous years’ results. Abu Dhabi Investment Authority holds on to its number one spot with Allianz Real Estate nudging out APG to take second place.

Analysis in this report also reveals a sector navigating through the uncertainty of the current pandemic crisis. As one commentator muses, investors will need to analyze the data to figure out what the ongoing impact will be once the “new normal” becomes clear.
