Gaw Capital Partners has corralled $1.95 billion for Gateway Real Estate Fund VI and its co-investments vehicle with their first closings. The funds have almost reached its hard-cap target of $2 billion.
The fund is the firm’s sixth opportunity fund investing in retails and residential assets in Greater China, Japan, Korea, Australia, Singapore and Vietnam.
