EQT has raised €420 million to date for its EQT Real Estate I. The Stockholm-headquartered firm set a €500 million target and began fundraising in 2015.
Investors that committed to EQT Real Estate I include the Investor Ab and Nordea Bank.
The fund will target value added opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in Europe.
