Dermody Properties raises $380m

Dermody Properties has raised $380 million for its Dermody Properties Industrial Fund, according to a SEC filing. The Reno-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $400 million target. 

The fund will target opportunistic opportunities in industrial sectors in the United States.Â
