CBRE Global Investors has held a final close of CBRE Europe Value Partners II at €1 billion. The value-add fund focuses on retail and logistics sectors in Spain, Denmark, France, and other countries in Western Europe if any opportunities.
The fund received support from institutional investors from Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, including Teacher Retirement System of Texas.
CBRE GI had $101.7 billion of assets under management as of June 30.
