CBRE acquires Belgium office

The US firm is making the investment for the CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III.

Los-Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Investors has acquired an office in Belgium on behalf of Richard Ellis.

Aramis is the final building of the Corporate Village business park in Zavente near Brussels, close to the international airport.

The firm did not disclose the purchase price. However, it said the acquisition highlighted a commitment to sustainable development. Aramis meets the “strictest standards” in terms of thermal and sound insulation, it said in a statement.

CBRE Strategic Partners Europe Fund III closed in 2007 with €753 million of commitments.

It has made acquisitions in France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and in the Netherlands.
