ATRS commits $75m to LaSalle Investment Management

The US public pension has backed LaSalle's ninth Value Partners fund.

Arkansas Teachers Retirement System has confirmed a $75 million commitment to LaSalle Value Partners US IX, according to materials from the pension’s August meeting material, confirmed by a contact at the pension.

LaSalle Value Partners US IX is the firm’s ninth income and growth fund, with the previous fund having raised $832 million by its 2018 final close.

ATRS has a 15 percent allocation to real assets, which comprises $3.27 billion in capital.
