Private equity placement agent Atlantic-Pacific Capital today opened a new office in New York City after relocating its operations from New Jersey.
The Greenwich, Connecticut-based firm, founded in 1995, had been based in Brielle, New Jersey however this morning they opened the doors on their new office on the 22nd floor of 535 Fifth Avenue. A spokeswoman declined to disclose financial terms but told PERE the relocation went well.
Founded in 1995, Atlantic-Pacific has raised more than $33 billion for alternative investment funds, including private equity and real estate, from an estimated 4,000 investors worldwide. Atlantic-Pacific has headquarters in Connecticut but operates offices in San Francisco, Chicago, London and Hong Kong.
