The Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System has promoted Mark Steed to the position of chief investment officer, following a national search. Steed has been with the retirement fund since 2007 and has served as interim chief investment officer since June 2018.
The $10 billion US public pension has a 12 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 13.9 percent.
