APFC increases allocation to real estate

The US sovereign wealth fund will increase its investment in private real estate over the next two years.

Alaska Permanent Fund announced it will increase its target allocation to real estate from 11% to 12% by 2020. By 2021, the sovereign wealth fund will have a target of 13%.

The $64.54 billion fund currently allocates 8.61% to private real estate.
