Allianz Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of German insurer Allianz, has appointed Barbara Koreniouguine as chief executive of Allianz Real Estate France.
Koreniouguine will join the German insurance giant on September 1, 2015 and will be responsible for its real estate activities in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. She will also be a member of the executive committee and will report to Olivier Piani, chief executive of Allianz Real Estate.

Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2008, she was managing director of Icade.
“We are delighted to welcome Barbara Koreniouguine within Allianz Real Estate. This professional will bring her expertise and managerial experience to the French platform of our entity,” commented Piani.
