AEW has announced a second close of RESIDYS at €320 million, having raised €165 million of additional institutional capital since its initial close. The fund targets residential real estate assets in France and has made 12 acquisitions to date.
Three investors contributed to the second round of fundraising: a Dutch pension fund, a German pension fund and an Italian insurance company.
