Waterton has raised $234.3 million for its Waterton Residential Property Venture XIII, per a SEC filing. The Chicago-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $750 million target.
Its previous fund raised $511 million in 2015.
The fund will target value added opportunities in multifamily/residential sectors in the United States.Â
