In the first of a series of PERE videos revealing the more personal side to senior industry figures, we catch up with Isabelle Scemama, chief executive of AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets.
This video was shot prior to the coronavirus outbreak, which has subsequently led to countries and cities enforcing lockdowns that have resulted in companies closing offices and workers staying at home.
Although the video reflects a decidedly different world from the one in which we are now living, we ultimately opted to proceed with publishing the story for a couple of reasons. First, we felt a people-focused story would still be of great interest to our readers, given how highly these types of stories rank on our most-read lists. Second, we thought readers might want a break from the onslaught of coronavirus-related news and enjoy other content that still offered relevant insight to them.
