USS announces £330m PRS joint venture

The UK public pension has backed a domestic joint venture.

Universities Superannuation Scheme and Places for People announced that they have entered into a £330 million joint venture agreement to invest in the UK private rented sector.

The £62.50 billion UK public pension has a 6.5 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 6.4 percent.
