Tribeca hires duo for investment committee

The San Francisco-based private equity real estate firm has appointed ex-Metric Property Management executive Jeffrey Morris and James Roessler, formerly with Feher Young & Associates.

Tribeca Companies has hired two real estate veterans to join its investment committee as it looks to expand its operations along the West coast of the US.

The San Francisco-based firm said in a statement it had hired former Metric Property Management managing director Jeffrey Morris and James Roessler, previously with Feher Young & Associates, to join its investment committee.

Morris and Roessler will join Tribeca founder William Faidi and independent committee member Bradley Griggs, who was previously chief investment officer for US REIT BRE Properties.

At Metric, a property management subsidiary of BlackRock Realty, Morris was responsible for a $2.5 billion portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties. Roessler was responsible for  shopping centres and other retail properties at the San Francisco-based investment brokerage Feher Young & Associates. Tribeca was founded in 2005.
