San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System has approved a commitment of $25 million to CapRock Partners Value-Add Industrial Fund III, according to the pension’s January 2021 meeting agenda.

The $30.65 billion US public pension dedicates 39.5 percent of its investment portfolio to alternatives.
