SFERS approves $175m in commitments to Asia- and North America-focused funds

The US public pension has backed Asia- and North America-focused funds.

San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System has approved a $100 million commitment to Real Estate Capital Asia Partners V and a $75 million commitment to Crow Holdings Self-Storage Fund.

The $23 billion US public pension has a 17 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 13.3 percent.
