Schroder Property has appointed Buddy Roes head of logistics fund management in Germany.
The London-headquartered firm said in a statement that Roes would manage the Schroder European Logistics Fund, taking over from Robbert Bergmann who is based in Amsterdam. Bergman is staying with Schroders to concentrate on other fund management activities.
Roes was previously at ING Real Estate where he ran the European logistics fund between 2002 and 2006. He will report to Neil Turner, head of property fund management.
