Research vet Bellman joins Invesco

Former CBRE Global Investors, ING Real Estate Investment Management, Jones Lang LaSalle and LaSalle Investment Management researcher Timothy Bellman has taken the top research job at Invesco Real Estate.

Timothy Bellman, one of the best known names in real estate research, has joined Invesco Real Estate in the role of head of global research.

The real estate investment and asset management arm of global investment manager Invesco today announced that Bellman will be charged with coordinating the research programmes of the Invesco’s US, Europe and Asia divisions.

Bellman was previously global head of research of and strategy at ING Real Estate Investment Management, which last year was acquired by CBRE Global Investors. He spent seven years in that role after time spent as the ING REIM’s head of Asia research and strategy.

Before that he was a regional director of research and strategy at Jones Lang LaSalle and its investment management arm LaSalle Investment Management.

Invesco Real Estate has €36.8 billion of assets under management.
