AUM: $810.1 million
Allocation to real estate: 10%

Massachusetts pension Qunicy Retirement System has committed $4 million each to real estate funds managed by AEW, Stockbridge and Torchlight Investors, according to recently published meeting minutes.

The funds focus on varying aspects of real estate investing: AEW Partners Real Estate Fund X will invest opportunistically; Stockbridge Value Fund V has a value-add strategy; and Torchlight Debt Fund VIII is a real estate debt fund. All three are dedicated to assets in North America.

The pension fund currently has 10 percent of its investments allocated to real estate – which is also its target allocation for this asset class – and has maintained its allocation for real estate this year.
