Quadrangle’s Rattner, Margolis surface Willett Advisors

Steven Rattner and Howard Margolis (pictured) will join the family foundation of New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, alongside 18 other former Quadrangle employees. Willett is operating from Bloomberg's Upper East Side office.
