PCRA approves $35m commitment

The US public pension has backed an open-ended property fund.

Plymouth County Retirement Association has confirmed a commitment of $35 million to TA Realty’s open-ended Core Property Fund, according to the pension’s June 2020 investment report.

The $965 million US public pension has a 10 percent target allocation to private real estate that currently stands at 11 percent.
