Park Madison Partners has appointed former New York State Teachers’ Retirement System investment officer Terri Herubin.
Herubin spent 14 years with NYSTRS and was head of acquisitions until 2007, closing on more than $4 billion investments in direct real estate, joint venture deals and commingled funds.
In 2007, Herubin joined development company United Development Corp. as executive vice president where she developed student and senior housing in New York and Florida.
New York-based Park Madison said in a statement Herubin would join the firm as principal responsible for project management and due diligence.
